Sing it out....
"Both Sides Now"
Rows and flows of angel hair And ice cream castles in the air And feather canyons everywhere I've looked at clouds that way But now they only block the sun They rain and snow on everyone So many things I would have done But clouds got in my way I've looked at clouds from both sides now From up and down, and still somehow It's cloud illusions I recall I really don't know clouds at all Moons and Junes and Ferris wheels The dizzy dancing way you feel As every fairy tale comes real I've looked at love that way But now it's just another show You leave 'em laughing when you go And if you care, don't let them know Don't give yourself away I've looked at love from both sides now From give and take, and still somehow It's love's illusions I recall I really don't know love at all Tears and fears and feeling proud To say "I love you" right out loud Dreams and schemes and circus crowds I've looked at life that way But now old friends are acting strange They shake their heads, they say I've changed Well something's lost, but something's gained In living every day I've looked at life from both sides now From win and lose and still somehow It's life's illusions I recall I really don't know life at all I've looked at life from both sides now From up and down, and still somehow It's life's illusions I recall I really don't know life at all

“No man knows who he truly is until his life is threatened or he is given power.” Margaret Thatcher
The challenge of uncertainty with joy of it all. Do you know life at all? Who does? Looking at both sides of each of life’s
situations-seems simple. Just like going through a revolving door.... seems simple -have you used a revolving door to enter or exit a location as in maybe at an airport, a government building or at some other random location? Either metaphorically, or physically looking at both sides of a revolving door can offer the challenge of uncertainty with the joy of it all.
Breathing out the past with a strong yoga breath - have you used a revolving door and ended up becoming trapped in the transparent glass enclosed revolving? Round and round, round and round, looking at all sides closing your eyes seeing ice cream castles in the air praying you can escape the roundabout scenario. Breathe out the past... breathe in the joy
of it all.
Yoga practice helps a yogini to look at both sides, so that an escape route can evolve to ease an uncomfortable revolution resulting in a calmness. The Crown Season 4 on Netflix portrays the
challenge of uncertainty with the joy of it all. Have you watched The Crown? The characters in the Netflix series could benefit from breathing out the revolving past with a strong yoga breath and breathing in the joy of it all. Breathing in the future reiterated “No man knows who he truly is until his life is threatened or he is given power” Margaret Thatcher. The challenge of uncertainty with the joy of it all. Namaste Ways revolving door. Namaste Ways.
