THERE IS NO EFFORT WITHOUT ERROR

Pushing through to a level of mental and physical growth sounds so simple. Yoga practice teaches the yogini that the body will go where the mind will allow. In theory, doesn’t that sound fantastic? BAM - the body will go where the mind allows....if only? ABC’s DWTS - Dancing with the Stars examples that the body will go where the mind allows. Have you watched any season, if not every season of DWTS? Judges, hosts, pros and participants work in concert to learn yearn, and oh yeah compete with other competitors as-well-as with themselves. The DWTS participants attempt new and different body motions for mental/ physical growth and....$$$$$ of course. The judgment inflicted upon DWTS participants is sometimes harsh, rough


and unkind. Why would participants accept to dance their hearts out knowing that their hearts may be harshly criticized? No one competes on DWTS to get themselves pulverized for placing themselves “out there”. Stretch to comfort, for growth or both, who cares?


Yoga practice teaches that you can care and decide whether to go for comfort, or not. “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena. There is no effort without error”. There is also no error without effort. Come to the yoga arena...you will  

be so happy that you came...the body will go, where the mind allows. Errors go for credit. Participation rewards abound.
