WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

Occasionally on social media peers inquire for what are you grateful? My response is life and breath. A person may actually have life however, a breathing machine is the help with automated breathe with intention. An individual’s life and breath are for what I am grateful. Breath during yoga may seem as given. Intentional breath is just that, breath with intention.

So, as you work through your yoga practice, an every day practice of unloading a dishwasher or finding yourself with a J Lo bang, have you considered breath intentional or automated? During any 24 hours you may identify your breath with grateful intention. Breath, life, gratefulness automated and or intended.



Your J Lo could even bang with automation or intention along with your breath. My recommendation: You will easily decide and figure out your grateful intention, even if your J-Lo has a bang.
